Problem Statement

Round Table India had a powerful legacy of service. But their digital presence didn’t fully reflect the scale of their impact.

The new platform was envisioned as more than a website. It needed to become a living, evolving hub that connected donors, volunteers, and communities to meaningful change.

The Challenge

The organization was driving nationwide initiatives in education, healthcare, and infrastructure. Yet, their website struggled to communicate this impact clearly. Stakeholders found it difficult to explore projects, understand outcomes, and take action.

We began by immersing ourselves in the organization’s ecosystem understanding the needs of donors, members, partners, and volunteers. Each group had different motivations but a shared goal: contributing to social impact.

We mapped the user journeys across key touchpoints, discovering initiatives, evaluating credibility, and taking action through donations, partnerships, or membership.

A Platform Built Around Impact

The redesigned experience brought clarity to the organization’s core initiatives such as Freedom Through Education and Project HEAL. Projects were structured into intuitive modules that showcased goals, progress, and measurable outcomes.

Impact numbers, success stories, and real-world transformations became central to the experience. Visitors could quickly understand where their support would make the greatest difference.
