Role Overview

Join AcmeMinds Private Limited as an HR Executive – Recruitment & Administration and play a pivotal role in building our growing technology team. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, support smooth HR operations, and foster a collaborative, customer-focused workplace. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, ensuring effective sourcing, screening, and selection.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and job description preparation to offer management and joining coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment partners.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical and management interview rounds, and provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, joining formalities, and pre-joining engagement to ensure a positive new-hire experience.

  • Maintain employee records
  • HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality and compliance across all HR processes.
  • Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team-building events, and workplace celebrations.
  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, probation and performance reviews, and employee exit formalities.
  • Leverage digital HR tools, including Zoho People and recruitment platforms, and HR administration.

Requirements

Must have

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/software/services
  • Strong expertise in IT recruitment and full recruitment lifecycle management

  • Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing via multiple channels

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven organizational and follow-up abilities

  • Experience managing onboarding

  • HR documentation, and office administration

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in HR operations

Good to have

  • Experience with Zoho People or similar HRIS platforms is preferred

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus

  • Knowledge of employee engagement and team-building practices is an advantage

  • Understanding of basic labor laws and compliance is desirable

Bonus

  • Certification in HR or talent acquisition is an added advantage

  • Experience with recruitment marketing tools is a plus
